Refund Policy
Cancellation and Refunds. Clients may cancel within 14 calendar days of the agreement date for any reason and receive a full refund of all amounts paid, with nothing deducted, within 20 days of written notice. Purchasers covered by Florida commercial telephone sales law may also cancel within three business days after receiving their Confirmation of Sale. The longest applicable period controls. No special form or reason is required — written notice to clientservices@aldenworth.com or our mailing address is sufficient. Aldenworth's 36-month Performance Guarantee is described in the client services agreement.
